Rubbish at maintaining! Back on the losing track :)

Hi All,
It has been two and a half year since I reached maintenance after losing 115lbs from June 2008 to May 2011. Since then I have became a secondary school Maths teacher and unfortunately gained back 80lbs!
In May of this year (2013) I was back at a disappointing 216lbs. I tried to do the 5:2 diet and managed to lose 15lbs over a few months. I got down to 201lbs and stayed at that for about two months even with carrying on with the 5:2. I decided to stop the 5:2.
I gained back 7lbs very quickly
So on the 1st of December 2013 I was sitting on 208lbs and I had an epiphany moment like the one I had before in 2011 which helped me lose the last 30lbs of my previous effort. Since then I have been back on here tracking my 1200 calories a day and doing some Just Dance 3 before school.
Today I started Day 1 of Insanity and I am worn out! I now am at 198 with a 10.4lb loss in the last 3 weeks
Lets see if I can be insane enough to do Insanity!
Thanks for reading

Good for you! I suck at maintaining, too.
115 pounds is an amazing accomplishment, you're an expert, you know what you're doing, so you know you can get back to where you want to be.0
