average daily intake ???
To me: the average calorie intake for women is 2000 cals and for men is 2500 cals a day. I know it will very on what people are aiming for but is that correct on average? I've heard and read about this as being correct on Health guidelines.

counting milk
I have milk in my cereal and about 3-4 coffees a day not sure if that's too many all with light or skim milk but in my calories calculator I never count any liquids. Should I be, incase this is my sabotage ?
