I have milk in my cereal and about 3-4 coffees a day not sure if that's too many all with light or skim milk but in my calories calculator I never count any liquids.

Should I be, incase this is my sabotage ?

You should count all foods/liquids with calories.. milk is no different. Get some measuring spoons or cups.

Yes, count it all. Even if it is skim milk. A calorie is a calorie. That's probably a total of a cup of skim milk in all the coffees, if you measured it up. That's about 90 calories hiding.

I dont drink tea or coffee but definitely count any milk with cereal or protein shakes....even skim milk is significant in calories.
