Does it matter what kind of food you eat?
Would you lose weight faster if you were eating things like salads and lean meats as well as fruits and vegetables. Or would you lose the same amount if you were eating breads and pastas as long as your within your calorie range?(with working out btw)

What kind of exercise should I be doing at the gym?
Okay so I'm 18 5''9 and 232 pounds and female...so I go to the gym 5-6x a week. But I'm wondering what workouts should I be doing? I usually do cardio for an hour and use the weight machines for a half hour but is there anything I could be doing to improve weight loss?(of course besides healthy eating)

If you eat out and consume 2,000 calories, can you work those extra calories off to get down to your daily allowance calories?

So I'm 226pounds and 2 months ago I was 209...I workout almost everyday and I thought I was eating healthy...what can I do to lose this weight is it possible for the weight I gained to be water? I had just lost all that weight and now I'm just disappointed
