Other workouts like CE & TF?
Hi I have been doing TF for months and am doing CE now. I was wondering what other DVDs might be similiar that people like? I want to change it up more but am not sure what would be as beneficial and I need it to be a DVD so I can do it at home. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!

Question on MFP settings
Hi - so if my BMR is 1516, to do my MFP settings and keep it simple...could I put my calorie goal at 1516 and then I put in my exercise numbers and eat them back? Netting my BMR. My TDEE with "little to no exercise" to maintain is 1819 (20% reduction is 1455 - too low I know) My TDEE with "5-6 hours of strenuous exercise"…

Do you think ChalEAN Extreme would be considered heavy lifting? I know that the weights used vary by what you can handle, etc. So if you really push yourself, would it be considered "heavy"? Thanks

TurboFire Schedule - no weekends
Greetings! I am starting TurboFire on Monday and I am used to working out Monday thru Friday, very early. Reviewing the TurboFire schedule I see that the only rest day is usually Wednesday but with three kids and working full time I just can't squeeze in weekend workouts.
