I recently went on vacation and hate every photo I took. I need friends who are engaging and active on MFP. I've been on here for years and the only time I lose is when using the app. Currently the line is back where it started in 2015. Found FitnessBlender (Youtube Channel) today. I really love their FREE workouts. They're quick and easy, or long and hard. Depending on the day, you can supplement 30DS, or do them as you move on. Has anyone tried them?

Correct BMI, High Body Fat... Now what?
I am not overweight according to BMI, but I do look "chunky" and my body fat is high at 27% per scale (and my eyes). How do I combat this "fat issue".
