You could do videos, exercise bands, small weights, yoga, etc. at home. There are many Youtube videos on home exercise. I have a Smart TV that has an exercise plan/program also. But plan on exercising 4 days a week so only do those on the days where you did not overwork yourself or exercise at all.

Protein helps loose weight too in moderation. Lean meat, yogurt, cheeses, nuts etc.

It calculates what you want to see based on the sites you've visited recently. Maybe you were looking for bathroom supplies? If not, they paid a great deal to have their product on this site, and while it is annoying it keeps it free so I choose the ads over paying for MFP.

You don't need to do it forever, but it is important to learn how many calories some foods have. Many times we don't know hidden calories in foods and we allow ourselves to overeat. Work at a school and parents bring cupcakes, donughts and other treats for their kids birthday. The teachers do so as well, and everyone orders out all the time so it gets pretty tought to stay on track. Today for example we had FREE caramel ice cream cones... I indulged :)

Dole mixed frozen fruit. I crave it more than chocolate lately. It has the sweetest pinapple and mangos and I make them in smoothies, sorbet, or eat them frozen or unfrozen as a snack.

Fresh fruit and veggies are best, but if you can't afford it, or don't have the time to prepare your food try the gummy adult vitamins.
