Any tips or Pointers?
I jacked up my shoulder last year, pretty sure it is my rotator cuff. I have tried doing workouts that involve my shoulders and it kills. Any tips or pointers (or even suggestions) on what I can do to work on upper body strength without continuing to hurt my shoulder every time?

I started jogging monday and lasted 20 minutes with the jog/walk intervals. It took forever to be able to get my heart rate down afterwards.
