I need to lose 100 more pounds to be at my goal weight, but i still want a big butt. what do you recommend to lose the weight but keep the butt? a smaller butt than i have now but still a j lo or beyonce butt.

squats! if your butt shrinks too much, then do heavy squats.0

I think your best bet would be to lose all the fat you want along with doing a lot of glute exercises to get those bootie muscles big and firm!

You need to do a lot of squats and lunges, strait leg dead lifts, and back extensions.0
