from anyone that has done the C25K program, do you know how to log that on your excercise? I just did Week 1 Day 1 and I dont know how to log it, whether its the Running (jogging) training, of a 4.0mph walking, since I am not the fastest jogger.....

When I started I was logging my minutes walking at 4mph.
I knew how far I had gone and was able to calculate speed.0 -
If you know the distance that you covered, just log it at 100 calories per mile. Whether you are running or walking, you're bruning roughly 100 calories per mile.0

I wear my heart rate monitor so take the figures from that.0

I also use my HRM and have created my own exercise in the system so I can log minutes and calories.0

I dont have a heart rate moniter or any way to calculate the distance. I found a very small park near my sons school and went there because I didnt want to be doing this on the sidewalk. I am still worried people will make fun of the "fat" girl trying to jog.0
