Hard workouts during taper
So we all know the best way to taper is to cut volume but keep up intensity. Tell me about the type of workouts you do while tapering for a half, full or shorter race.
When you head into a race you've been training hard for, how do you set up your goals in your mind? A,b,c goal? Hardest first or last? By level of happiness? Do you base them off a calculator?

cut on back of heel
