Protein
Can you have too much of it? If I stay within my calorie/fat/sugars limits, is it okay to go over on my protein? I love greek yogurt, peanuts and red meat and my protein is always in the red. Is this a bad thing?

Is there any truth to this?
My dad is convinced that his weight loss has to do with the phases of the moon. When the moon is full, we are more affected by the pull of the moon and we therefore lighter. When the moon is new we are less affected by it's gravity and therefore weigh more. Has anyone heard of this!?

Plateau
Hey all, I've been doing great on my weight loss journey so far. I've lost 40lbs already. I'd like to lose 25 more, but I feel like I'm stuck at a plateau. I can't figure out what I need to do to make the numbers go down. Any suggestions?
