Writing a subject line like that is not something that I would say outloud in a public setting. Generally, I'm fun-loving, happy and out-going. But I need support...

My friends and family acknowledge that I've been trying to reach a weight goal, but there's no cheering, congratulating, or frustrating with me when I have my ups and downs. It's hard to go through it alone and I just want to know how others feel in the same situation as I do.
