Back after a baby
Hi, I'm back after having my second son 3 weeks ago, I need to lose 20 kgs for my brother's wedding next June. I'm breastfeeding my son and having trouble finding the daily amount of calories to consume. Any suggestions as to where I can find any info. I need some friends , feel free to add me. hi, I try to eat 4 fruits / vegetables per day, vegetables I eat everything so I don't have a problem but as a fruit I only like banans and strawberries which are both high in sugar and I tend to over eat more sugar than i am allowed for a day. Extra calories
Hi, I am finding it difficult some times to eat the extra calories from exercise. If I eat fruit or cereal bars then I over eat from the sugar limit, if I eat meat I over eat proteins limit and pasta/bread I over eat carbs limit. What should I eat then? thanks
