hi,
I try to eat 4 fruits / vegetables per day, vegetables I eat everything so I don't have a problem but as a fruit I only like banans and strawberries which are both high in sugar and I tend to over eat more sugar than i am allowed for a day.
Is that wrong?
should I take only one fruit per day?
thanks in advance

If your carbs are ok for the day I would not worry about it. I was told by a nutritionist to concentrate on carbs but make sure they are good carbs. Fruit is good carbs. I stopped tracking sugar because I don't eat refined sugar junk food. I track Choles. instead.0

How about blueberries, or raspberries?0

You will get very mixed responses here. Some people are convinced fruit is BAAAAD, some that it is effectively calorie free. I don't think there is a right answer. I eat a lot of fruit, but I do need to cut down on my sugar, so am working around the options of doing that at the moment.0

As above really, as long as your not eating refined sugars then you will be fine.0
