New HRM

Hi,
I'm thinking of buying an HRM. What do you recommend please?

and what's the difference (if any) between polar FT40 and Ft4?

    I have the Polar FT7. I love it! I don't notice the chest strap at all when I'm wearing it.

    I bought a sortline from walmart for $45 and its terrific. They are a group of us that work out together, jole dropped $150 on his first, none of the rest of us wanted to drop that kind of cash. I found my sportline, it does more than joles and the other 3 in my group got one and we are all very happy, well all but jole lol
