To eat or not to eat?
I have heard from family/friends/fitness instructors that eating breakfast is important before you exercise, but most recently I read about a study that was done about this and the results were that people who didn't eat breakfast before exercise lost more weight than those who did eat. Does anyone know more about this...

My Fitness Pal made me gain weight...
I just read on Yahoo Health an article on naturally thin people and it said: "Psychosomatic Medicine showed that tracking your diet in a food journal can actually boost your stress levels, which in turn increases your level of a hormone called cortisol, and cortisol is linked to—you guessed it—weight gain." Apple Shaped
I consider myself to me "apple shaped"...I am 5'3, wear a size 8/10 in jeans, size L in tops, and weigh 190 pounds. I think its odd to be that overweight and still be able to wear size 8 jeans. Anyone else have similar measurements? Do you feel overweight or just curvy?

On the Treadmill
I try to get on the treadmill at least five times a week, and when I do, I do it along with 3 pounds weights. How can I add that to my exercise diary? I have tried adding the word weights/dumbbells and nothing comes up? Any suggestions?

I have been on myfitnesspal on and off for a few months, but this time I decided to stick with it. Its been going great, but whenever I go over my calories/fat/proteins/carbs I feel so guilty and eat a lot less the next day. What do you all do when you go over at the end of the day?

MiO
I have been adding MiO (a liquid water enhancer) to all my water as an easy way to add flavor and substitute sodas, flavored teas, coffee, etc to my diet. Not sure if its still a healthy way to get my eight cups of water in. Its better than no water at all, right?

H20
I have decided to only drink water as part of my daily diet and eliminate all diet sodas, iced teas, coffee, and so on, to not waste my amount of daily calorie/sugar intake on liquids. It been okay so far, but I find myself having to add "Zipfizz " (an energy drink mix) to my water to give it some flavor and help me feel…

Zumba, anyone?
I have been taking hour long Zumba classes religiously five days a week for the past month and I feel and see a difference. I have been doing nothing more besides that and a change of diet. Has anyone lost weight by taking Zumba classes, and if so how long did it take to lose some significant weight?
