On the Treadmill

I try to get on the treadmill at least five times a week, and when I do, I do it along with 3 pounds weights.
How can I add that to my exercise diary? I have tried adding the word weights/dumbbells and nothing comes up?
Any suggestions?

    If you wear a HRM you can just log it yourself and name it whatever you want. Do you have any idea how many calories you burn?

    Yes, the treadmill tells me how many calories I burn (on average about 250-300 in an hour) but I am sure you burn more when you add weights to the workout, right?
