1,600 calories and weight loss?
I am 22 years old, 5'5 and 14 stone 13 pounds...My MFP is set to lose 1 pound per week, it allows me to eat 1,600 calories per day.. I thought this was a bit excessive but maybe that's because I was only eating 1,200 cals a day. Feel like everyday is a feast now lol My activity is set to sedentary. Will I still lose weight?
