Fresh, Sweet Smoothie!

Anyone looking for a fresh, sweet smoothie try this badboy out:
250ml Vita coco water (coconut water)
130g Strawberries
100g Blackberries
60g Blueberries
15ml Organic runny honey
You need a blender also, I use the Nutri Ninja. It blends up the seeds well which I Love!
Word of advice this makes a large smoothie, so you may want to alter the amount of fruit you use if you are wanting a smaller portion.
What to do:
1. Freeze your fruit on day of purchase, saves you having to use ice which can make the consistency of your smoothie a little too watery.
2. Pour your coconut water into your blender cup.
3. Pop in your fruit straight from the freezer, best to add a bit at a time, if it's too thick just add some water to loosen the mixture up a little.
4. Squeeze in your honey last and blend, blend and blend!
5. If the consistency is too thick add more water and blend, if it's too runny then chuck in some more frozen fruit.
