I think they are an acquired taste. sorry no pics... BUT I broke the plateau from 6/5 until 6/12 and lost the POUND that puts me at 20 pounds lost! that was a big milestone in my mind. Do you fill it out first thing in the morning and make it your daily plan? Do you not fill it out at all? I find this is the BEST tool ever ... if you don't use it...why not?
