I am a member here since April 13th of last year. For over 200+ days I logged in without fail...then came the hiolidays and whammo....I was so focused on all the things not usually part of my routines that I kept forgetting to log in or complete my Food Diary ...which is an essential part of being here, for me.

So today I am re committing to doing just that. Over eating has not been a problem but tracking has been spotty and incomplete.
I have maintained the weightloss but have really not paid attention to the nutrition part and can feel the difference. It is not just calories but the type of calories I am finding.

Today is a day to think about my goals and get back into the healthy routine of tracking the intake and making wise choices!:heart:
