One of the easiest, quick and delicious
Nature's Promise Tortilla (140 cals) whole wheat
use a pizza cutter make a bunch of triangles
arrange them on a
non stick sprayed sheet of foil
mist them with olive oil or buttery spray sprinkle with garlic powder or your favorite spice (salt free Mexican Blend or herbs or Mrs Dash whatever you like)
set toaster oven on broil and set for about 4-5 mins just keep your eyes on them they can crisp up fast.
they cool quickly and you can use your favorite dip, salsa, hummus or laughing cow cheese or.... just as is if you need a delicious cracker crunch snack.
You can ALSO do all of the above with Joseph's Pitas ...just split them open and do all the steps but these toast even QUICKER so just watch them closely. Option for fewer calories with these particular pitas.
Enjoy! :flowerforyou:

This idea works great with the "Flat Out" Flatbreads too. They are only 90 calories each and come in different flavors.0

There's also 71 calorie tortillas you could do this with. They're called Xtreme Wellness from Ole foods. I get them at Sam's, but I've seen them at Wal Mart.0
