Turkey chili and Turkey Taco

This morning I was cooking a pound or so fresh ground turkey (our local market makes their own low fat ground turkey but I use the Jennie O 99% fat free from the data base to do my counts)
anyway...in my nonstick pan I was sauteing a thick slice of onion (diced) and a quarter of a red bell pepper (diced ) and a bunch of seasonings like chili, garlic, onion powder, celery seed, and a slash of low sodium V8 juice....with the ground Turkey.
It makes (4) 4oz portions of Turkey for my Taco Salad (tossed salad topped with this turkey mix and then mixed with salsa and fat free sour cream.
One of my favorite lunches. So that was prepping 4 future lunches.
While I was doing that...it dawned on me if I added a cup of beans (drained) and some diced tomatoes (no salt added) I could also be making 4 portions of Turkey Chili!
I just need to figure out the cals and such...
thought I would share my simple recipe with you:flowerforyou:

Go to food and click on recipes. Click on Create a recipe. Put all the ingredients in and save recipe. Don't forget to put the # of servings. It will tell you all you facts and you can save it for the next time you make it or make changes to make it even healthier. I always use it before I make something so I know exactly what is in my recipes and then make the changes to make it fit into my goals.0
