Question about nutrition goals daily tracker

I tried the search function and couldn't find the answer. I don't know if I am asking the right thing!

If I daily go OVER the recommended Protein limits (by a little ) but stay under the carb limits ...is there a way to adjust the goals?

I don't think I am overdoing it by any means but could use a little more protein allowence and give up a little carb.

Eating a little protein with each meal seems to feel right.

any ideas or thougths about this are appreciated. Thanks!

    Yes. Go to My Home>>Goals>>Change Goals>>Custom. Change your macro percentages. Save your changes.

    I reduced both carbs and fat by 5% and increased my protein by 10%. I highly recommend increasing your daily fiber goal at least 25g. Also think about lowering your sodium goal below 2300mg; if you have high blood pressure 1500-1800mg is a better goal.

    I have recalculated to my calories (rec by MFP) with the appropriate %'s and lowered the sodium to 1500mg.
    it brings my daily goals more in line with what makes sense for me while still following a healthy guide.
