Sad Day
I went to my christmas dinner at college today and am now in 2000+ cals for the day. Lattes Kill... or do they?
I am a coffee addict, and despite weaning myself from needing sugar/syrup in my latte, it still drives my morning cal count up by 130... is anyone out there successfully coexisting with a regular latte habit or have all of you "losers" lost your coffee companions? :drinker: :noway: :laugh:
