Struggling with weight loss
Hello guys, I started off with 101kg Jan this year. I have been losing like 0.6kg - 1 kg every week and reached about 87kg in Sep. But here is the thing. Not really a successful story
This is not really a success story but as of today I have lost 10kg. =) Its not an easy task. Had to give up so much of my favourite comfort food. No sugar drinks. There were weeks whereby I only lost 0.2 kg or even lost nothing at all. I still have 21kg more to go. I hope I can achieve it by end of Jan next year. =)

Hi guys, I walk on the treadmill at about 4.5km/h for 30 mins take a 5 minute break and walk for another 30 minutes at the same speed. I follow this routine for 5 days.
