Struggling with weight loss

Hello guys,
I started off with 101kg Jan this year. I have been losing like 0.6kg - 1 kg every week and reached about 87kg in Sep. But here is the thing. From Sep till today, my weight keep remaining between 87 to 89 kg. One week I lose to 87 kg, another week I gain to 88 kg. I can't seem to hit the 85 kg mark. I want to reduce my weight till 70kg.
I do 1 hr of brisk walking in threadmill from Monday to Friday every week. I try to eat reasonably every day. I have reduced my rice intake alot as compared to last time.
What do you think might be the problem? I hate it when I gain weight so easily.

You're eating too much. Caloric deficit = weight loss.-2

Ok, is someone just going through and flagging your posts, Lis? That's the fourth one I've seen.
OP, how many calories does MFP give you? How do you make sure you're eating as close to that amount as possible? How do you determine your burned calories and how much of them do you eat back?0 -
I agree with Lis... you're eating too much. All the exercise in the world won't make up for a bad diet. Recalculate your goal and make sure you log properly.0
