I fell off the wagon and it ran me over...
In October I was at my lowest weight that I can remember since my early college years, 141. I couldn't break past the 140 plateau and got frustrated. Need a good training plan for triathalon...
please help me! Anyone have any good links to train for a triathalon...it's the sprint version, not olympic, if that helps at all. And any information/advice is welcome. It's in a year and my husband doesn't think I can do it. Help me prove him wrong!!! :laugh: TIA, Heidi

Another small success...

Small success to share!
I'm in my SIL's wedding at the end of September. I got the dress 2 weeks ago and my husband could hardly zip it up until I held my boobs to my chin. I tried it on today and it fit so much better! He had no trouble at all zipping it! I'm so excited. Thanks for letting me share! Heidi

diet soda cake question
So I made a chocolate cake with the diet soda tonight and can someone check my math b/c it feels nuts to me. The cake mix was 180 calories, diet soda 0 cals. I put it in a 9x13 pan and cut it into 12 pieces. 180/12 is 15 calories per piece? Is that really right?? Feels nuts to me, but tastes great!! :) Heidi

So, today I thought i'd be alittle exotic and try something new, so I picked up some roasted garlic hummus and I have to say i'm in love! :love: I ate some with carrots and I spread some on a whole wheat tortilla with some chicken and tomato slices and it made for a great lunch!
