Are they tied too tight? I had a problem with that happening and loosened my laces and that helped. Just a suggestion. Hope someone else has something more insightful for ya!! :)

Oh my gosh I do that too. I used to count them out into a serving and all that jazz, but I've become lazy and every time I'm in the kitchen I have a few. I plow through a 2 pound bag a week--that's alot of darn almonds! I thikn I need to get back to counting them out--might be part of the reason my scale isn't moving :( lol

Is your calorie allotment too low? If you're not eating enough, you won't lose either. Also I haven't looked at your food diary, but are you logging everything. Try eating 1400-1500, seems like I see alot on here that people eating 1200 are frustrated, hungry and still aren't losing. Up your calories for a week or 2 and continue to work out and see if that helps, sometimes you're not eating enough and your body will thank you by dropping some pounds when you feed it more!! :)

I started the c25k when I was about 200 pounds and that was 2 years ago. I've been running ever since. That, combined with healthy eating and this site, helped me lose about 60 pounds. I don't think there's any set 'weight' that a person should start at though, just give it a try and listen to your body. :) Good luck!

I chew alot of gum inbetween meals and snacks and at night to keep my mouth moving and my mind off of food. Doesn't always work, but it helps :)

Running my 2nd half on May 16th--Cellcom Marathon in Green Bay, WI. It runs through Lambeau Field and if you love the Packers like I do, it's just so cool!! I've had them before and have run thru them. It hurts, but eventually mine just went away. Ice them after your runs if you opt to keep running. You could also run on a modified basis and instead of 3 days a week do twice a week so there's extra time inbetween runs. I'm sure this didn't help much!! Like I said, I just kept…
