ADVICE please (not sure if this is the right section!)
Any advice? I have an hour for lunch every day. For t he past two days, I've gone walking 30-40minutes. It's been hot & I've been power walking so I've worked up a major sweat. It's Friday night & i have a date..
.. with the gym! I've been doing walks/hikes this week with my husband. It's Friday night and instead of going to the drive inn where I know I will be tempted to snack on buttery popcorn and other delcious-but-not-good-for-you snacks, I'm going to the gym for some weight lifting.
