Basically I had cauliflower "rice", pan seared chicken, topped with salsa verde, & a some avocado. SO healthy and SO good! Hopefully my picture posts!

Taco Salad!
4 cups romaine lettuce
1/4 cup pinto beans
1/8 cup shredded cheese
1 taco shell, broken into pieces
2 tbsp salsa
2 oz of very lean ground beef with taco seasoning
Came out to about 250 cals, 25g carbs, 7g fat, 20g protein, and 686 for sodium! It fits in my MFP range and is deeeeelicious.0 -

Morningstar Farms crumbles cooked with barbecue sauce, then spooned onto toasted sandwich thins and topped with shredded cheese. Baby carrots on the side. And a banana.0

Woke up late so what I had was more like brunch lol. Bagel sandwich! Made with egg whites, laughing cow mozzarella, spinach and turkey.0

Egg white omelette with bacon bits and a colby cheese slice, a Nature's Valley crunchy granola bar, plus some strawberries, grapes, and a peach dipped in some Greek yogurt mixed with vanilla protein powder and cinnamon I wasn't able to finish all the fruit, so I had the rest of it for a snack after work.0

My beloved and I had epic snuggles. Also,some Papa Johns buffalo chicken pizza, and a mint oreo milkshake. But mostly the epic snuggles.0
