What to eat on the go?? More low-carb. Please help!

I forgot (was too tired from work + working out yesterday) to prepare my lunch today. What can I get that's low carb on the go? Any ideas/tips?

    Salads are most likely your best choice but kinda hard to eat if you can't sit down and eat them. You could also pick up a protein shake from the store. There are some pre-made ones with lower carbs.
