This may sound like such a stupid question but I have gotten so many different answers.

I weigh it before it is cooked, so I put in MFP like raw chicken, then I add olive oil if I fry it, or I just do it in the oven, don't forget to add your spices.0

I don't bother adding spices - the calorie count in them is miniscule, not worth the bother IMO.0

Before if I can, otherwise after but I use a 'cooked' entry.0
