After losing the 20 lb water weight I'm at a Stand still been two weeks and I haven't lost any weight been burning cals an eating the same amount any tips to slowly but surly start losing weight again thanks :/

Running vs. Anything else..... WHY????
Question!! I was inputting my excersie for the day I ran for 15 minutes and burned 115 calrories then I played 30 minutes of volleyball burning roughly 300 calories why is it so much more when running wore me out a lot more then playing volleyball Thanks! Leeuuh
