Hi!

Has anyone tried the ensure drinks? High fiber? Or any other kind. Thanks :)

    Only people I personally know who use Ensure are people trying to GAIN weight.

    Ensure is high calories(260) in a drink. If its for weightloss try slim quick or get a protein drink and add metamusil if needing fibre.
