Breaking HABITS/Newbie

Hello! Happy Mothers Day all you moms out there! Well this is my third week being "healthy" and really changing the way I eat and my day to day life. I've been on MFP for about two weeks now and have lost 4 lbs. Everyone has a reason to lose weight... to be healthy, prom, summer, vacation etc. Mine is for my sisters wedding and to change this body I've been neglecting for WAY tooooo long! Im at a road block right now and I NEED SOME SUPPORT. My partner has been a BIG help and I'm thankful for her but she's SUPER skinny and can't really comprehend how difficult this all is for me. I mean come on... HABITS are HARD to break So just looking for some friends on here so we can support eachother through this weight loss!
