Balsamic chicken????

Hi :) so I'm improvising a balsamic chicken dish I have chicken thighs and balsamic dressing any tips or must haves on what i need to do for this dish!!

    Marinate the chicken in the dressing for about 30 minutes, then grill or bake. Quick, easy, and tasty. Serve with rice and veggies. Yum.

    I'd grill instead of bake. If you have one of the vacuum sealers you can marinate in a vacuum bag. I'd still add other seasonings to it before the marinade. I put pepper, onion powder and adobo on everything I grill.

    i don't have a grill :( but thanks for the advice on the marinade for 30 minutes and seasoning :)

    Marinate, bake it 'til done, top with a diced roma tomato and LOTS of basil. I always put some shredded mozzarella on mine, too.
  • To make it lower calorie, I don't use Balsamic Dress just some straight up balsamic vinegar, water, and fresh garlic.
