Skinny Cow Crisp Candybar
HOLY CRAP. I'm always skeptical about "diet" food and try to avoid it, but when it's my TOM I tend to get a little nuts and need to have things I shouldn't necessarily eat. I decided I'd try one of these things. WOW. YUM. OINK. Thank goodness they're only 110 calories!

No calories in certain pickles?
I'm confused. I just ate some bread and butter pickles ( the no sugar kind) and it says 0 calories. How is that possible, don't cucumbers have calories?

How long do I wait before I make a change?
I was down 9lbs and then TOM started and up 2 I went. I am over TOM now and my weight hasn't budged. How long do you stay at a weight before you change things up? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. what does food represent for you? I know I'm horrible with this, but I'm really trying to put WHY I eat (binge) into perspective in hopes that I can learn more to eat when feeling hungry instead. Food represents contentment, safety, and company for me.

Something I've found that works for me.
I abhor cardio. I loooooove to lift weights, but with some extra poundage I've found that I'm more successful dropping that weight, more quickly and getting back to a comfortable size with cardio thrown into my workouts.
