Any women use the Stronglifts workout?

How have your results been? I'm contemplating giving it a try in the near future.

    Yes :) I started recently, but there is no reason why it wouldn't work amazingly, and better than other workouts, in less time.

    SL is a great program for both men and women. The only caveat is that women will typically stall sooner and then begin to progress slower, but if you get yourself some 1.25lb plates, you will be able to keep progressing in 2.5lb increments instead of 5lb increments.

    I'm tentatively planning on starting this after I finish New Rules of Lifting for Women (late autumn-early winter).
