Birthday Cake recipe?
Does anyone have a good low fat or weight watchers type recipe for a birthday cake? I am going to be making my friend a cake for her birthday and she's lost a bunch of weight doing weight watchers and I know she won't want any unless its somewhat diet! Couldn't hurt me either since I'm also trying to count cals! :tongue:

lose weight with out exercise?
Can it happen? I know if it does it will probably just happen slower. I do turbo jam 1-2 times a week. I'd like to up it...motivation just isn't there. Hello all! So I am wondering how often you should really weigh yourself? I've heard to do it everyday and I've heard to only do it once a week. Just wondering the correct answer/ people opinions? I do it everyday out of habit, but I find it frustrating because it's always changing day to day (I'm assuming water weight).…
