How's her Ripped in 30 video working for everyone? I'm thinking I'm going to start doing extra cardio along with it...anyone else do that?

    Finished my 1st round of Ripped in 30 and loved it! Got excellent results! I am doing a 2nd round because I liked it so much. I also do her 6 week 6 pack and I love that as well. It's basically cardio abs. I've gotten the most muscle definition on my abs from her workout compared to everything else I've done (P90X, Insanity, Zumba) I will also do incline treadmill whenever I feel like running. Good luck! I think you'll love it!

    I am doing the 30 Day Shred and it is awesome. It is pretty difficult, but it truly works. I add in more cardio almost everyday- my only suggestion would be to try and space them out. On nights that I do back to back cardio then video I seem to be much more tired during the video part.

    Oh it will kick your *kitten*! It's a little more involved/complicated than her 30-Day Shred, but well worth the money you'll spend. I was VERY happy with the results. I do cardio, her 30-DS, and Ripped in 30 throughout the week.

    Yes she will kick your butt big time! Lol.... I'm actually doing 30 DS in the morning and then Ripped in 30 at night and it's only been 5 days but Im feeling good can't wait till I finish and see results !!

    I did the 30 Day Shred in June/July and just completed Ripped in 30 last week. It's awesome! I also did spinning while doing Ri30. I just started Jillian's Slimdown, it's a combination of 30DS, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. All in another 30 days. After going the 30DS and Ri30 once...doing level 1 of the 30DS seems easy.

    I will definitely look for that one. She is definitely tough, but gets results, and I can't wait to see how 30DS seems easy!

    I did the 30day shred 2 days in a row and i couldn't move today...it really kicked my *kitten* I am 230lbs and on a normal basis I dont get very much exercise! I want/need to stick with this!!!
