What brand of exercise pants fit you?
5f11 and not particularly long legs but I find the waist bands don't come up and sit on my waist - squats always have me adjusting :D - anyone got a go to brand? (Heading to USA soon to hit the outlets too, can't wait!)

EMTWL member using a fitbit/bodymedia?
Just wondering if anyone here owns a fitbit or bodymedia? I've looked at the other User boards here and the product website on both of them and bodymedia looks like a great tool - any reviews from this group? Have they helped in determining a more accurate TDEE etc. :smile:

TDEE daily amount or TDEE-15% then a splurge at wkd?
