Rhubarb recipe- tangy!

Since there is an abundance of rhubarb in the shops now, (ireland and UK) I found this recipe for rhubarb chutney, it came out sweeter then I thought so using it as a tangy slightly running topping to my greek yogurt T the moment but will use it with pork chops soon!

250g rhubarb
80g sultanas
70g strawberry jam (low sugar if want I guess)
6 tablespoons red wine vinegar

All in saucepan on medium heat mix and cook until rhubarb soft and cooked, 10 mins.
