too much fiber?
I go over on fiber almost every day. Is this bad, and if it is how bad? I don't usually go over on any thing else. I mean I just ate lunch and I'm already over by 2gs. I tend to stick to a diet that has foods naturally rich in fiber(whole grains, fruits, vegetables, beans).

broken toe
I broke my toe about a week ago. It feels a little better but I'm still not sure if I'm ready to get back to the gym. Does anyone know how long I should wait untill getting back to my regular workout? I usually run about 5 miles twice a week and hit the gym for strength training 3 times a week.

over on fiber
Is it ok to go over by fiber a tiny bit? I eat throughout the day and it's usually a lot of whole grains, fruit and veggies, and lean meat. I dont go over in anything else, but my fiber tends to be over by like 5 graams

not enough calories
I eat throughout the day, about 5-6 small meals, I only eat when im hungry or once in awhile when I want a snack. But I usually fall below the number of calories i should be consuming. Is this necessarlly bad? Ill still lose weight right?
