  • Express clothes run kind of big. Ive been shopping there for a long time. At my smallest I was 5'6 135 lbs and a size 2 at express.
  • Hot Sauce!! lots of sodium though, so I try to use sparingly. Or I use sirracha which only has 5 cals and much less sodium
  • I have a similar situation with my boyfriend and his mom. It's not so much that I'm tempted by the food that is around, it's that I feel that I'm offending her if I don't eat her cooking. She also buys me food that she thinks I will like, but it is often something I would never eat and then I feel bad for not eating it. I…
  • Is this a nutritionist or a dietitian? I know most people don't understand the difference but a nutritionist is not a regulated term. Basically a chiropractor can take a 3 credit nutrition class and call themselves a nutritionist. I am a registered diet technician and am studying to be a dietitian. No dietitian I know…
  • Oh, and from a lot of my family (not my immediate family, my mom and sis eat pretty healthy too) "Don't you ever eat normal food?" Yes, I do eat normal food. I don't eat a ton of processed food and that wash it down with a gallon of soda. This is normal to me. Btw, the majority of my family on my mom's side is overweight…
  • "You're skinny, you don't have to worry about that. You can eat whatever you want." No, I'm skinny because I do worry about it and I work hard at it everyday.
  • yogurt also has lactose in it, the natural sugars from milk
  • I deal with this all the time as a nutrition professional. Personal trainers, chiropractors, etc. take a 3 credit nutrition class and think they are qualified to give advice on one's diet. I definitely think that is way too little amount of calories for you. You only want to aim to lose 1-2 lbs a week. It will take longer…

  • I love sugar snap peas! I just bought some yesterday at the farmers market and had them and some bell pepper strips with some hummus.
  • yea I've been like that the last week. I start thinking oh I'm soo close to my goal, only like 5 lbs to go, a little xt ice cream wont matter and then it just continues from there. and to add to that I didn't get to run twice this week bc it was extremely hot, almost 100 with very high humidity. Oh well it's a new week and…
  • yea I do the yoga on demand all the time. I like the yogaworks ones the best. The yoga abs is tough but I've seen much improvement in my midsection
  • If you go to goals and update fitness profile, you should be able to change your goal to what you want to lose per week and it will do all the work for you on what your calorie deficit should be.
  • try the couch to 5k, just do a google search on it. It gives you a 9 week program that helps you work up to being able to run a 5k.

  • I would think you would need something else. My breakfst is usually between 300 or 400 calories. I like to start the day with a good ammount of protein and fiber. I would try to at least add some fruit.

Eggos are about the same in cals but as others have said no nutritional value, even the…
