Need help with losing body fat
I am down to 133. Don't really need to lose anymore. Several people telling me I look too skinny. I still have fat on my stomach and legs . I am also doing strength training. Not sure what do do from here. Please help!!

Increase calories???
My weight is at 132. I am where I want to be, but I am still at 29% body fat. I am doing daily workouts and strength training. I am at 1500 calories a day. Do I need to increase calories and just keep on with my cardio and strength training to decrease my body fat?

Do I need to increase my calories or not?

Belly fat
I am down to the weight I want to be, but I still have a lot of belly fat. I know you can't spot reduce. Doing weights and plenty of cardio with a healthy diet. So am I just stuck with this forever???

Good scales
My husband and I both are on here and have some some crappy scales. We can get in it several times and have different reasons each time. I was wanting to get some opinions on good scales. I would like one that also measure bmi. Any suggestions???

What could this be from?
I go to the gym Monday through Friday. I get on the treadmill for between 20-45 every time I go with no problems. When I go for the long walks through my neighborhood though my right hip hurts for 3-4 days. I try to walk on the concrete part instead of the sidewalk. I know I will have to make a dr's appt. just wondering if…

Need some running friends
A few months ago was the first time I had made it into the 6th week of a running guide. Then I got sick and had to quit for a while. So I am starting from scratch again. I want to make it further than I did the first time. So I need all the running friends I can get for extra support and motivation. Any volunteers???

Lifting weights
I was going to try lifting weights to my exercise routine. I have seen most routines have you doing 3-4 sets of 10-15. Is it just as effective to split the sets up throughout the day. I do good to complete one set. TIA!!!

Linking Fitbit to MFP
i have the Fitbit on my MFP account, but it's not tracking my steps. It just shows my goal of 10,000 and 0 so far. I'm far from tech savvy, so I have no clue what I'm missing. Can anyone help

Needing some friends for motivation...
I day everyday that I am going to do this and this, when it comes down to it, nothing happens. My husband could lose some weight too, I try to get him to eat healthy and exercise with me. He just doesn't care though. I could use all the motivation and support I can get. I will also be there for you also!!
