I love to have my cereal in the morning, but some of them have soooo many carbs and not enough fiber!! Any recommendations for a good healthy, good tasting cereal.

Does anyone know if they contribute to weight gain? I am on a pretty low dose and just recently started taking them again and am afraid they will add weight.:ohwell:

Someone noticed!
Today was the first day that someone told me they could tell I was losing weight after dropping 16lbs. And it felt great, I dont see it, but I look at myself everyday, so i will continue on my journey to becoming a hot mamma!!!

Fish
Ok, I have to admit, I do not like fish of any kind. I have tried lobster, shrimp, cod, and salmon and dislike the taste of them all. Any suggestions to what fish isn't so "fishy" tasting and how to prepare. Thanks for the help!!

So excited
Finally met my first goal..to be under 200lbs. Havn't seen a 199 in more than 15yrs. This is so motivating for me..bring on the next goal( 30lbs lost) hopefully by end of summer!!

What to eat??
Ok, so I just started to workout(walk/run), and I like to do it early in the morning...my question is do I eat before or wait? And what should i be eating before or after?

guilt
Ok, so I have been doing pretty well since I have started on MFP, 11lbs down. But I went to Disneyland yesterday and, well, didnt eat great. I dont think I went overboard, but I feel so guilty for eating what I ate. Will there every be a day when I eat and not feel guilty!!!

skipping breakfast
ok, so I know they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day...and I usually have a good healthy breakfast every morning. But what if I am not hungry...should I force myself to eat?
