I love to have my cereal in the morning, but some of them have soooo many carbs and not enough fiber!! Any recommendations for a good healthy, good tasting cereal.

If you're looking for more fiber, try just sprinkling some benfiber in your cereal!! That's what I do. Anything blendable, I put benefiber in throughout the day. :P

I would assume Fibre 1 would be a good choice. I really enjoy Kashi cereals

Look at Kashi brand cereals, many are high fiber and high protein.

I like the Kashi Cinnamon Heart to Heart (like cinnamon cheerios) and Kashi Harvest Cinnamon (like cinnamon shredded wheat).

Special K (ORIGINAL) has high protein - pathetic fiber though

Vanilla shredded wheat is pretty decent for fiber & protein.

There's something about Fiber 1 cereals though ..... I tried the 80 calorie Caramel Delight ... OMG! it did not agree with me at all.
