How to log when you work shifts?
A friend (truly, a friend, not me, lol) works rotating shifts. I was encouraging her to use MFP and I wasn't sure what to tell her about when to log her meals. Sometimes, "dinner" is at 6am, and sometimes it's at 8pm. Does anyone who work shifts have suggestions on how they use MFP?

T1 diabetics - I need suggestions!
I was diagnosed with type 1 about a year and a half ago. I've been doing more cardio lately and it brings my blood sugar down so quickly! I don't have the pump and I know I can back off of the insulin, and I do, but until I get the right combination, I find that I have to eat just to avoid it being too low. If anyone has…

Set up and entering exercise
Does it matter what I enter for exercise when I set up MFP? They ask the question: How many times a week do you plan on exercising? Does that get factored into the daily calories? I don't understand the purpose of the question (I don't disagree with it, just wondering how it changes things).
